Sara is so excited about joining The Beat Family! She always loved tumbling and dance growing up, and spent her time traveling and competing. After graduating high school, she went on to study dance at Lindenwood University - performing and choreographing for many of their seasonal dance concerts. There, she trained with some amazing choreographers, performed for Dancing in the Streets in St. Louis, and took classes from traveling Broadway dancers doing master classes at Lindenwood. Sara loves the stage, but even more so, she loves sharing her passion for dance and tumbling with her students. She began teaching at age 16, and has taught at many different studios and high school dance teams throughout Illinois and Missouri. She has always been interested in Jazz, Contemporary, Hip Hop, and Tumbling…but after training with some truly amazing Tap teachers, she has developed Tap as her new favorite! She has two daughters, Nora and Vera, who already love dance. Sara is thrilled to be teaching at The Beat, and is excited to grow with our Beat Family!
